Abdullah Al Hameli has more than 16 years of experience driving implementation strategies and operational management with a focus on financial and business transparency across multiple industries, including Human Resources and Administration, Maritime Trade, Finance and Corporate Operations and Services.

In his current role, as the Acting Head of the Industrial Zone Cluster and Chief Corporate Support Officer at Abu Dhabi Ports, Al Hameli oversees the growth and expansion strategy of Abu Dhabi Ports’ Industrial Zones portfolio, in addition to managing the corporate services function across Abu Dhabi Ports’ entire portfolio.

Anindya has joined AD Ports Group in 2021. Currently, he is the Director of Business Development at the Ports Cluster. With more than 20 years' of experience in the fields of shipping, container terminals, express logistics, liquid & gas storage terminals. he is tasked with growing the Ports Cluster business within the UAE. He has a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management from University College of Dublin.

Ferdinand is the Chief Financial Officer at the Ports Cluster. He is in charge of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial accounting and is the financial driving force behind major business decisions and overall financial health. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of CMA Terminals Khalifa, CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal and ADPG’s Cruise Company. In his current capacity. Ferdinand leveraged McKinsey’s Wave platform to manage transformation initiatives, and ultimately leading to new revenue streams. He also implemented a cost savings scheme, enhanced collection procedures and policies of firm due diligence for credit customers.

Jakob Larsen is currently the Chief Strategy & Product Officer as well as acting Chief Commercial Officer of the Ports Cluster. With 23 years of diversified experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations and General Management, Jakob brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision to the Ports Cluster. Under his stewardship, the Ports Cluster is undergoing a strategic transformation to prepare for its next growth journey of international expansion by continuing to partner with global industry leaders and delivering cost-effective, high-efficiency multipurpose port solutions with significant and tangible benefits for communities, consumers and businesses alike.

Julian Skyrme joined AD Ports Group in 2014 and is the Vice President Ports Commercial within the Ports Cluster. In his role, he is responsible for the commercial sales development of all ports within the Ports Cluster driving commercial business within the UAE. Julian has more than 35 years’ experience in the maritime industry the majority of which have been within the Middle East Region. Prior to joining AD Ports Group, he held a number of senior leadership positions Abu Dhabi Terminals, the Port of Salalah where he held the position Regional Commercial & Marketing head and DP World where he held senior roles in both commercial and strategy.

Saif Al Mazrouei is the CEO of the Ports Cluster at AD Ports Group. In his role he oversees more than 25 ports and terminals in the world. He is responsible for spearheading all port functions and operations including organisation, direction, and coordination. With over twenty years of experience in ports and across shipping and retail industries, Al Mazrouei is recognised for his ability to effectively manage all container terminal operations, in terms of planning, technical engineering and HSE. He formerly held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Khalifa Port Container Terminal leading the successful operations of the organisation.
