These multi-purpose facilities cover a total built-up area of 76,500m2 and offer a variety of unit sizes and specifications to suit a multitude of operations and configurations.

KEZAD Logistics Park Phase 4

The fourth phase of KEZAD Logistics Park includes Standard Warehouses, Light Industrial Units and Flex Units suitable for a range of activities. These multi-purpose facilities cover a total built-up area of 76,000m2 and offer a variety of unit sizes and specifications to suit a multitude of operations and configurations.

KEZAD Logistics Park Phases 4 and 5 are currently under development and will be ready for handover in Q4 – 2022.

KEZAD Logistics Park Phase 21

KEZAD Logistics Park 21, offers cold and dry storage facilities, specifically designed for the needs of food and pharmaceutical businesses. All units are equipped with state-of-the-art temperature control systems and are located adjacent to the Abu Dhabi Food Hub - KEZAD.

KEZAD Logistics Park Phase 3

The third phase of KEZAD Logistics Park includes Standard Warehouses, Light Industrial Units and Flex Units suitable for a range of activities. These multi-purpose facilities cover a total built-up area of 44,096m² and offer a variety of unit sizes and specifications to suit a multitude of operations and configurations.

The second phase of KEZAD Logistics Park offers well-designed quality warehouse units equipped with fast access loading docks for trucks and clear open space to eaves. Each unit has its own dedicated loading yard with ramp access for forklifts and has ample on-site parking. KLP2 covers a total built-up area of 101,880m2 and compromises 64 units.

The First phase of KEZAD Logistics Park offers well-designed quality warehouse units equipped with fast access loading docks for trucks and clear open space to eaves.
